配息英文

口語上的配息有兩種概念，第一種 Ex-Dividends 稱為除息或配息，是公司配發「現金股利」（配息／股息）給股東時，將發放的股息從股價中扣除的意思，其中 dividend 是股息或紅利，第二種配息是指公司配發給股東的股息（現金股利），通常就直接用 dividend 這個單字來表示，以上兩種配息是用不同的角度看事情，第一種 Ex-Dividends 是公司經營的角度，第二種 dividend 則是投資人的角度。

   公司宣布向股東配息。
2. Shareholders eagerly await the annual dividend distribution.
   股東們迫不及待地期待著年度配息的分配。
